This fee was simply to be able to pay our captain and crew for the first night when you said you were unable to make it. You were only charged another $20 per person when our regular rebooking fee is $30. When you called last minute the night of your initial booking I assured you that even if you were another 20 minutes late we would accommodate you. This was a favor and convenience to you as you did not call for availability before purchasing as is directed on all our listing. When your group initially booked I allowed you to use three slashed rate tickets, typically only one slashed rate ticket is allowed per tour.

This tour/activity will have a maximum of 13 travelers.
